Mohammed Atif Siddiqui heads the Debt Collection Department of Khalifa Al Sada Advocates & Legal Consultants. He is responsible for the department's collection strategy, its team and its relationships with the associate firms through which the firm recovers debts abroad.
He works with creditors from the first review of a file to its settlement or its hand-over to the firm's advocates, and he has experience in commercial and consumer recovery, bounced cheque matters and trade debt across many sectors. His approach is to recover the debt in the most cost-effective way, which usually means a structured amicable process before any court action.
He works in English and is based at the department's office in Dubai, dealing with creditors and debtors in the UAE and abroad and reporting to clients regularly on every file under collection.
