Make or review legal documents online

Business Documents

Contracts, agreements, policies and notices for UAE businesses, drafted or reviewed online.

We prepare and review the documents a business needs to start, run and protect itself in the UAE: sale and service agreements, NDAs, MOUs, employment and partnership agreements, company policies, legal notices and powers of attorney. Delivered online, in Arabic and English.

Overview

A business runs on documents. A supply contract that says who bears the risk of delay, a confidentiality agreement that actually binds, an employment contract that matches the 2021 labour law, a power of attorney the notary will accept. Templates downloaded from the internet are written for another country and another legal system, and the gaps show only when something goes wrong. In the UAE the relevant authorities publish standard forms for many transactions, and a well-drafted private document sits alongside those forms and fills what they leave out.

Khalifa Al Sada Advocates & Legal Consultants prepares and reviews business documents online. You describe what you need through our consultation form, a lawyer contacts you to confirm the details, and the document is delivered by email in Arabic, English or both. The same lawyers who litigate contract disputes draft these documents, so they are written to be enforced, not just signed.

Who we help

We prepare business documents for:

  • Start-ups and SMEs that need their first set of contracts and policies
  • Established companies replacing outdated templates
  • Foreign companies entering into agreements with UAE counterparties
  • Partners and shareholders formalising their relationship
  • Employers issuing contracts, handbooks and disciplinary notices
  • Businesses that need a legal notice or a power of attorney quickly

Whether you need one document or a complete set, the process and the care are the same.

What we do

For day-to-day operations we draft sale and purchase agreements, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements, service and consultancy agreements for specific industries, technical and supply contracts, licence and non-compete agreements, settlement agreements, memoranda of understanding, codes of conduct and company policies. For starting a business we draft memoranda of association, employment agreements, partnership and shareholder agreements and operating agreements. For protecting a business we draft legal notices, demand letters and powers of attorney, and we review documents prepared by the other side and mark up the changes you should ask for.

Each document is prepared by a lawyer, not generated by software. We ask the questions that determine the wording: who the parties are, what is being exchanged, how disputes will be resolved, which law and which court apply, and what happens if one side does not perform. We deliver in Word and PDF, in Arabic, English or a bilingual format, and we explain the key clauses in a short covering note. Where a document must be notarised or registered, we tell you what the notary or the authority will require and can attend on your behalf.

Why Khalifa Al Sada

Our drafting is informed by our courtroom experience. We know which clauses UAE judges enforce, which they read down and which they ignore, and we draft accordingly. A document from us is written for the UAE legal system, in language that the Arabic version says exactly what the English version means.

The online service keeps the cost and the turnaround low for standard documents, while our lawyers remain available by phone, WhatsApp or in person at our Dubai office whenever the matter needs more.

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take?

Standard documents are usually delivered within a few working days of the lawyer confirming the details. Complex or bilingual agreements take longer, and we tell you the timeline before we start.

Can you review a contract sent by the other party?

Yes. We read it, explain the risks in plain terms and mark up the changes you should request. This is often the most valuable use of the service.

Is an English-only contract valid in the UAE?

Yes between the parties, but a court will require an Arabic translation. We recommend a bilingual version for any contract that may end up in court.

Do I need to visit your office?

No. The whole process is online. If the document must be notarised, we tell you where to go or attend on your behalf under a power of attorney.
