Khalifa Al Sada is the Emirati lawyer who founded and leads Khalifa Al Sada Advocates & Legal Consultants. He is licensed to appear before all the courts of the United Arab Emirates, from the Court of First Instance to the Court of Cassation, and he leads the firm's litigation work in civil, commercial, criminal and personal status matters.
With a legal team that has more than twenty years of experience in the UAE, he set out to combine the firm's resources into one practice that serves existing and new clients in the region and abroad with the same standard of representation. He advises companies and individuals in Arabic and English, and he takes a direct part in the strategy of the firm's major cases.
Outside the courtroom he oversees the firm's debt collection department and its paralegal services, so that clients can bring a matter from a first consultation to enforcement within one firm.
