Emad Ezzat Ahmed is a Legal Advisor at Khalifa Al Sada Advocates & Legal Consultants, based at the Dubai office. He is well versed in proceedings before all the local courts in the UAE and prepares and follows the firm's cases through every stage, from the statement of claim to the appeal.
In addition to his litigation work, Emad provides legal consultations for clients in both civil and criminal matters, and he is relied upon within the firm for his drafting and reviewing skills. Contracts, memoranda, legal notices and settlement agreements prepared by the firm frequently pass through his hands before they reach the client.
